and writers across languages. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website,
mobile application and related services (“Services”).
Important: By accessing or using GoddoPoddo, you agree to these Terms.

About Our Platform
GoddoPoddo is a digital platform designed to promote creative writing, storytelling, and
multilingual literature. We provide space for writers to publish their original works and for
readers to discover, listen, and support them.
1. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account as either a Writer or a Reader.
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud or any activity that harms the platform’s
goodwill.
2. Writer Terms
When you publish content on GoddoPoddo:
- You retain full copyright over your stories and poems.
- You grant GoddoPoddo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute
and promote your work for business and marketing purposes.
- Once a story or poem is published here, it must not be reposted on any other
platform. Violation may lead to account termination or legal action.
- Writers must provide accurate bank details for royalty payments.
- Writers earn 10%–20% royalty on each paid purchase of their work.
- Withdrawal requests can be made only once per month and for a minimum of
₹1000.
3. Payments & Purchases
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Prices and royalty rates may change with prior notice.
- GoddoPoddo reserves the right to issue or deny refunds based on its refund policy.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All original works on GoddoPoddo are protected by copyright. You may:
- Read or listen for personal enjoyment.
- Not reproduce, distribute or modify works without permission.
GoddoPoddo retains the right to use selected content for promotional purposes, always crediting the original creator.
5. Community Conduct
To keep GoddoPoddo creative and safe, you agree not to:
- Post plagiarized, hateful, obscene or harmful content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
- Use bots or automated systems to access the Services.
- Engage in any behavior that damages the platform’s reputation.
6. Termination
We may suspend or deactivate any account that:
- Violates these Terms.
- Endangers user safety or platform security.
- Remains inactive for an extended period.
7. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or error-free performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoddoPoddo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, earnings or business opportunities.
- Any amount exceeding fees paid to us in the past 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in West Bengal, India.
10. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
